Doordarshan will kick off its live World Cup coverage with Tuesdays West Indies vs Pakistan match, besides showing 15 other matches, including all the encounters featuring India.
Apart from India`s three group matches against Bangladesh on March 17, Bermuda on Mar 19, and Sri Lanka on Mar 23, their Super eight matches will also be shown on DD 1, a Prasar Bharati release said. The other matches to be shown include Australia vs South Africa on Mar 31, Australia vs England on April 8, and Australia vs Pakistan on April 13. Both the semi-finals on April 24 and April 25 and the Final at Barbados on April 28 will also be aired live, the release said.
